The price includes payment for information services provided by Покупон on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• The service is not provided on public holidays: 14.02.2021.
• The promotion is valid for food delivery and takeaway from the restaurant, or gives a 30% discount on all sushi and pizza menus when landing at the restaurant.
• Upon delivery and take-out, one coupon is valid for one order.
• When boarding, one coupon is valid for two people. If the three of you are planning to come, then buy 2 coupons, if the five of you - 3 coupons.
• The minimum order amount for delivery is UAH 400 including a discount (only kitchen products), for a take-away order - UAH 300 including a discount (only kitchen products).
• The coupon discount is not cumulative with other discounts and promotions currently in force in the restaurant, including delivery and take-out (the discount is valid for crossed out prices on the restaurant's website).
• The coupon discount does not apply to drinks, packaging and delivery costs, as well as dishes marked with a "*" in the menu.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One visitor can use an unlimited number of coupons.
• To receive a discount, it is necessary to inform the operator of the coupon code when ordering by phone (before paying for the order); when ordering at an institution, you must present a printed coupon or an electronic coupon to the waiter before ordering.
• Orders through the website for the promotion are not accepted, since there is no technical possibility to indicate the coupon number and provide a discount.
• Coupon activation is done once, after which the discount code is canceled.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
