The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• The service is not provided on holidays: 12.31.2020 (after lunch), 01.01, 02.01 and 07.01.2021.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• The customer gives his consent to the use of finished materials by the photographer.
• It is obligatory to pre-book the date, time of the photo session and the reservation of a place (indicate your name, contact phone number and a unique certificate code without the last digit).

Additional terms

• Certificate discounts are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you need to present a printed certificate.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If a participant of the promotion signed up for a photo session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about a change in his plans at least 3 days before the recording time, the photographer reserves the right to refuse him to provide services at a discount, the certificate is considered used.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, the photographer reserves the right to shorten the shooting time by the delay.
• The terms for obtaining the finished material (source code) are 3-7 days.
• Photo processing time is up to 1 month (the client chooses the photo for processing himself).
• Calls for recording for a photo session are accepted from 12:00 to 22:00.
• Communication with the photographer via Telegram.
