COMPLEX OPHTHALMIC EXAMINATION FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN
- Consultation of a highly qualified ophthalmologist.
- Initial examination and collection of anamnesis (medical history).
- Visual acuity check with / without correction for distance and near.
- Autorefractometry (determination of refraction, refractive power and curvature of the cornea).
- Pneumotonometry (determination of intraocular pressure).
- Biomicroscopy with a narrow pupil (examination of the anterior segment of the eye with a slit lamp).
- Biomicroscopy and ophthalmoscopy with a wide pupil (review of the posterior parts of the eye and fundus structures using an ophthalmoscope).
- Skiascopy (an objective method for determining the refraction of the eye).
- Determination of the angle of strabismus according to Hirshberg (for children).
- Revealing color blindness using a polychromatic table (children over 6 years old).
