Course program:

Module 1 Theory

• Introductory lesson. Let's break down the topic of purpose on the shelves and get acquainted with the theory. You will find out what your strengths are and how to use them as effectively as possible. What is worth developing in yourself, and what to accept.

Module 2 Exploring yourself

• You will distinguish your values from those imposed.
• Define basic needs.
• Find out your possible IKIGAI!

Module 3 State and opportunities

• After completing the meditation, you will return to the resource state.
• Define a resourceful and cool environment for yourself!
• You will formulate a mission for yourself. You will understand what you would like to truly do.
• You will discover the secrets of the "State of the Flow" and understand how to be in it regularly.

The main goal of the course is to help you define your destiny and favorite business. Save time so as not to follow the empirical path - trial and error.

Format: 10 lessons of 15 minutes each and homework with detailed study for each lesson. Tasks arrive every other day in the telegram chat.
