IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The service is not provided on holidays: 12/31/2020, 01/01 and 01/07/2021.
• Services are provided as usual.
• The promotion does not apply to the shooting of events (weddings, birthdays, christenings, corporate parties) and the departure of the photographer at home or outside the city.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before buying a certificate, a preliminary agreement on the date / place / time of shooting by writing to the direct is required.

• The customer gives his consent to the use of finished materials by the photographer.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you need to present a printed certificate or an electronic certificate.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a photo session, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn you about changing your plans 2 days in advance, and were more than 10 minutes late, the photographer reserves the right to refuse to provide services with a discount and the certificate is considered used, or the time shooting is reduced in proportion to the time of delay.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, the photographer reserves the right to shorten the shooting time by the time of delay.
• The choice of studio is determined by a joint agreement between the client and the photographer.
• Street photography takes place in Strelka, Shevchenko's Garden or Sarzhin Yar parks.
• Readiness of the material for retouching in 3-6 weeks.
