IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• The offer is relevant only for new clients who have not visited the clinic for more than 1 year.
• The offer is valid for adults and children from 5 years old.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• If the cost of services exceeds the nominal value of the certificate, you must pay the difference according to the price list.
• If the cost of services is less than the face value of the certificate, the difference will not be refunded.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
