IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• Departure place: Kiev, Chaika airfield.
• Flights are carried out on a Cessna 172 Skyhawk with a capacity of up to 2 passengers (excluding the pilot).
• After purchasing the coupon, be sure to immediately agree with the company on the date and time of the flight.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One customer can personally use an unlimited number of coupons.
• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you need to present a printed coupon or an electronic coupon.
• Call the coupon activation code directly upon receipt of the service (the last digit of the coupon code).
• If a participant signed up for a flight, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about a change in his plans a day before, the administration reserves the right to refuse him to provide services at a discount.
• Flights are not performed in adverse weather conditions.
• Flight duration: 20-30 minutes (optional).

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides Покупон with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
