How to use a coupon?
The price of the Coupon (Information Service) is non-refundable and non-refundable. Exclusion is possible only if the partner refuses to provide the service.
The price includes payment for information services provided by Покупон on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

- Children under 7 years old are not allowed on board.
- Departure place: Kiev, mini-airfield Hydropark.
- Flights are carried out on a Robinson R44 helicopter with a capacity of up to 3 passengers (excluding the pilot).
- After purchasing the coupon, be sure to immediately agree with the company on the date and time of the flight.
- When buying a coupon for a flight as part of a group of three people with additional loading by fellow travelers, the company will supplement the number of passengers up to 3 people on its own, attracting other customers.
- Photo/video filming at the airfield before and after the flight is prohibited, it is allowed only from the helicopter cockpit during the flight.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
- One customer can personally use an unlimited number of coupons.
- Coupon discounts are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
- To receive a discount, you need to present a printed coupon or an electronic coupon.
- Call the activation code of the coupon directly upon receipt of the service (the last digit of the coupon code).
- If the participant signed up for the flight, but did not arrive at the specified time and did not inform the manager of the company about the no-show, then the money will not be returned and the coupon cannot be used next time.
- It is advisable to use the coupon at least 2 weeks before the end of the promotion period, as due to weather conditions, flights may be canceled.
- Flights are not performed in unfavorable weather conditions: thunderstorm, fog, heavy wind, snowfall, heavy rain.
- Drunk passengers are not allowed on board.
- License, airworthiness certificate are available here.
- Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides Покупон with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
