Important conditions

• Services are provided as usual.
• Services are provided for clients over 16 years old.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Discount on certificates does not apply to prosthetics and tooth extractions.
• You can use the certificate for several visits to the clinic, for each patient a special medical record is drawn up, which indicates an individual treatment regimen.
• If the cost of services exceeds the nominal value of the certificate, an additional payment is required at the clinic, according to the price list.
• If the cost of services is less than the face value of the certificate, the difference is not compensated.

• To receive a discount, you need to present a printed certificate or an electronic certificate.
