• The balloons are checked by the engineers of the certified technical service center before each flight.
• Flights take place in the morning (within 2, 3 hours after sunrise) and in the evening (1-2 hours before sunset).
• The pilot has the right to decide on the early termination of the flight for the safety of passengers.
• The flight takes place only under weather conditions that meet safety standards.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
