- Always unpack and check your shipment in the presence of a courier or transport manager. Check the load for mechanical and external damage. Make sure that damage is visible both on the package / box and on the product itself.
- In order to receive compensation from the transport company for the damaged cargo, ask the manager of the transport company to issue an “Acceptance and acceptance certificate for cargo damage”. The document must describe all damages and indicate that the parcel was sent with the note "Safely! Cry!"
- After filling in the "Certificate of acceptance and transfer of damage to cargo" leave the parcel at the office of the transport company. Then contact us and inform us about the current situation for reprinting the order or refunding its cost in case of prepayment.
