Обслуживались в Вашем салоне 02.02.21, воспользовавшись 2 SPA- программами " Какосовый рай" в студии красоты " Artemida Spa Studio", но по факту салон Артемида делегировал свои полномочия по выполнению процедуры в салоне The 5th Avenue.
Салон позиционирует себя, как премиум класса, видимо потому, что находится напротив Верховного Совета Украины по улице Грушевского 16. Но на этом весь премиум и заканчивается.
Театр начинается с вешалки, и в данном случае это на прямую относится к ресепшен этого салона.
По прибытию в салон заблаговременно, который находится в подвальном помещении, нас-гостей посадили у двери, хотя в данном салоне был другой диван у массажного кабинета для ожидания процедуры, не предложив даже снять верхнюю одежду. Все это время ожидания мы были свидетелями, как персонал в лице 5 человек суетились перед нами, решая свои служебные вопросы
и создавали нам неудобства.
С опозданием на 10 минут нас наконец-то проводили в массажный кабинет, который нас не только огорчил, но и привел в ужас
с грибком и плесневой на стене, в подтверждении прикрепляю фотографии.
Но это было еще не все.
В салоне работает 2 массажиста, женщина и мужчина.
Но если у женщины были ухоженные и мягкие руки, то у мужчины были руки грубые, как терка, что недопустимо в априори для массажиста. Сожалеем, что не прекратили и не вышли в начале.
Ах да, еще учтите, что дополнительно и обязательно Вип-пакет доплата 150 грн за человека и свое полотенце.
Как салон может себя позиционировать как премиум-класс, если не предоставляет ни масло, ни полотенце для своих гостей.
Вы просто не дорожите репутацией и клиентами!
О каком возращении может быть речь!
