The MINIGYM gym in Irpen is a dynamic place where you can pump your body and tone your muscles. It is divided into several functional areas: a cardio theater, weight trainers, free weights and a stretching zone. All equipment is modern, meets quality and safety standards.

You have the opportunity to choose any of the simulators to create a prominent figure or work out problem areas. Thanks to the variety of power equipment, training will be held as efficiently as possible, and you can constantly bring something new and interesting to them.

The trainers will give you an introductory briefing. This will help you navigate in the gym, learn in detail about the equipment of the gym and safety when performing exercises, as well as develop a training program for independent visits.
