Service description
Музей сыра создан сыроварами-фермерами для распространения традиций украинского сыроварения. Здесь можно продегустировать и приобрести фермерские сыры ручной работы.
Во время получасовой экскурсии вам откроют секреты изготовления сыра, расскажут об экспонатах, среди которых - коллекция сырных ножей разных стран, приспособления для изготовления масла и сыра. После экскурсии вас ждет дегустация: 5-6 авторских сортов коровьего и козьего сыра с бокалом вина или чашкой вкусного кофе.
