Отбеливающая капа представляет собой специальный элемент из гибкой пластмассы, который надевается на зубы. Отбеливание обеспечивается в результате действия средства, помещенного внутрь капы. Капы изготавливают в индивидуальном порядке для каждого пациента.

Режим ношения капы для зубов с гелем устанавливается индивидуально. Набор для домашнего отбеливания зубов включает в себя:

  • Шприцы с гелем для отбеливания зубов той концентрации, которую посоветовал доктор.
  • Капы для наполнения гелем.
  • Тубы для хранения кап для зубов.

Как проводить домашнее отбеливание:

  1. Предварительно достать гель из холодильника.
  2. Почистить зубы.
  3. Заполнить капу гелем (как правильно заполнять покажет доктор).
  4. Надеть капу для отбеливания и прижать плотно к зубам.
  5. Носить в течение времени, которое назначил доктор.
  6. Снять капу и почистить зубы.
  7. Капу вымыть, высушить, сложить в тубу для хранения.
     

Такой вид отбеливания является максимально безопасным, в отличии от быстрых способов отбеливания, поскольку можно нарушить эмаль зубов и повредить десна.
