Готель Quality Hotel Rouge та Noir Roma 4*

A novembre sono stata in questo hotel a cui dovrebbero togliere almeno due stelle.|Stanza fredda, ho avvisato al mattino che il converter non funzionava alla sera al mio rientro non era stato controllato da nessuno, sono venuti mi hanno fatto notare che avevo sbagliato io peccato che comunque l'aria calda non usciva, le coperte leggere neanche una coperta pesante. Il bagno sicuramente non da 4 stelle, vasca con la tenda e pavimento nero, il frigobar vuoto. Una mattina ho fatto la doccia con l'acqua fredda e nessuno ha detto nulla ho chiesto e mi hanno risposto che la caldaia non funzionava. La colazione con cappuccio, caffè tè della macchinetta.|Insomma veramente pessimo.|Direi che non tornerò più e non lo consigliero'.|

Personale poco cordiale e signore Delle pulizie che aspettano fuori la porta il momento che te ne vai per pulire la stanza. Scontrose e pessime. Camerieri ottimi e buone colazioni. Camere pessime..spaziose ma sporche. Schizzi di non so cosa sul muro e pedate sul soffitto bagni con sempre qualcosa di rotto. Se non ti presenti in giacca e cravatta hanno un saluto diverso. Da non ritornarci per niente.

Decent hotel with decent front staff. The only negative to this hotel is the location. Located quite a distance from the city center and taxis are quite expensive to get there and back(and if you were in rush-hour traffic give yourself plenty of time)

Really nice hotel, with a nice room.||Extra bed in case it was needed, not my case.||Private balcony in the room.||Seasonal outdoor swimming pool, not open when I visited the hotel.||The location is really far from the city centre and the public transport is disgusting.||Metro station 30 min walking from the hotel and the buses were not good at all, supposed to have buses very often and I ended up waiting nearly 1 hour when it was supposed to be a bus every 20 min. ||Not really nice area.

I spent three nights at this hotel and it was wonderful.The receptionists were very polite and willing to help me in any situation.Breakfast was quite good with a variety of products.As for the room was clean and tidy.Even if the hotel is away from the centre of Rome there was a shuffle bus which drive us to the metro station every day.

Meeting rooms were fine but reception and bar staff were not so kind

Neispravna klima,ne radi centralno grejanje (novembar 2018).Cudan hotel ,rangiran sa 4 zvezdice (mozda samo prilikom otvaranja),ali vapi za krecenjem i detaljnom restauracijom.Komplikovana veza sa centrom iako je samo oko 5,5km udaljen od njega.Ima free shatl prevoz do najblize metro stanice,ali sa samo nekoliko polazaka i sa po svega 8 mesta za prevoz (kombi vozilo).Lokacija nije najsrecnija izabrana jer se nalazi u nekoj industrijskoj zoni(kao Viline vode u Beogradu),ulice bez trotoara,cuje se truba za povecerje iz obliznje vojne baze.Nesredjena okolina,prljavo i zapusteno.

We stayed for two nights here, the hotel is like 10km away from Rome City Center. The room is very spacious, a big bathroom and closet, a very nice table with flat screen and excellent WiFi service. The room has a very big balcony with a great view of the small apartments of the area. I was amazed to find out they have a smartphone called “handy” which you can use in case your own phone does not have roaming. The phone is great to use google maps, find nearby activities and things to do and free calls to the US and Europe. The hotel breakfast is good and there is also a free shuttle that runs at certain hours which can take you to the nearest station and from there you can easily move by train to Rome City Center. If you buy Rome Pass you can use all the buses and metros in the area. If you can’t catch the hotel shuttle, you can take the bus by walking 5 min outside the hotel and take the bus from Petralata on the side of the road next to a pizzeria and the bus will take you to Tiburtina station and then take the metro to Rome City Center by getting off in Termini.

Accoglienza quasi assente,nessuna informazione data alla reception, abbiamo persino dovuto chiedere noi dove e in che orari si poteva usufruire della colazione. La pulizia della camera era pessima, i letti scomodissimi la vasca da bagno ed il bidè vecchi e "scrostati", la porta del bagno rotta e, come se questo non bastasse, proprio fuori dalla porta della nostra camera erano posizionati alcuni distributori di bevande che facevano un rumore assurdo,senza calcolare il via vai per tutte le notti, quindi dormire è stato impossibile. Il secondo giorno abbiamo lasciato la camera alle 10, rientrati alle 16 la pulizia ancora non era stata fatta quindi, essendo costretti a lasciare il nostro cane in camera, abbiamo dovuto esporre il cartello "non disturbare" e quindi la nostra camera non è stata pulita. Alla partenza a malapena siamo stati salutati, però si sono ben ricordati di chiedere la tassa di soggiorno dalla quale, con un "far finta di nulla e cercare in giro per darci il resto", hanno "trattenuto" un ulteriore euro che mi sono ben visto di chieder in dietro. Esperienza negativa e sicuramente non alloggerò più in questo hotel che vanta di essere un 4 stelle ma che, a mio avviso, si avvicina a malapena a 2

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and our experience was worth 2 stars out of 4 that the hotel is claiming to have. Upon our arrival we had to find a way how to get to the hotel from the metro. When booking our stay we couldn’t even think that the hotel is located in such a creepy place. Not to mention that it’s far away from the city centre there’s even no pavement to walk on once you step out of the bus that brings you “close” to the hotel. You have to simply walk down the street which has poor lighting and cars speeding. Upon our arrival we received a room with double bed but two separate mattresses which led to one of us waking up in the middle hole in between the mattresses. We asked the room to be changed and staff changed it immediately to the one with solid double size mattress. Staff was really trying to make things up in every possible problematic situation, thanks to them. However, the internet was soo poor in that room (we moved from 8 floor to 6) that you couldn’t barely check anything online. Breakfast was ok, but far from 4 star hotel menu. All in all, our intention was spend money somewhere else rather than the hotel that we barely stayed in, so for the price we payed we couldn’t expect anything more. The only advice would be not to get tricked by 4 star rank which is far from reality. If you want fluent and comfortable accommodation experience, consider spending more and staying somewhere in a closer to the centre zone.
