Para ser un cuarto estrellas deja mucho que desear. Está muy viejo y deteriorado. Los muebles se caen las puertas. El aire acondicionado con cinta aislante. Lo bueno es que tiene un autobús que te lleva a la estación de metro de Tiburtina y hace que llegar al centro de Roma sea más sencillo.

Ważne czego oczekujesz? My wybraliśmy ten hotel z uwagi na cenę dla 4 osób oraz basen dla dzieci. Podróżując przez Włochy samochodem zatrzymaliśmy się w tym hotelu na 3 noce. Hotel stary, co widać w każdym elemencie, ale muszę dodać, że obsługa robi wiele aby zrekompensować to. Pokoje czyste, wymieniane ręczniki każdego dnia, klima działa i ratuje sen podczas sierpniowych upałów. Basen czysty choć trochę zaniedbane otoczenie. Minusem śniadania podawane z najtańszych produktów (jajecznica z proszku i smażony boczek, to jedyne ciepłe dania, ser, szynka, salami najtańsze niejadalne, można wesprzeć się owocami, słodkimi wypiekami i jogurtem. Jak na standardy hoteli duży minus. Reasumując: jak zawsze kompromis tego czego oczekujesz i otrzymujesz. Dla nas sen i basen, to było najważniejsze w krótkim pobycie i to dostaliśmy. Można wykupić dodatkowo obiad i kolację za 15 euro każdy od osoby, ale patrząc na śniadanie wybraliśmy włoską kuchnię w restauracjach (musisz założyć 11 euro za 🍕 i ok 4 euro za napój od osoby). Należy również wziąć pod uwagę odległość do metra, ok 2 km co bez samochodu trochę jest uciążliwe. A nawet z samochodem wymaga szukania parkingu przesiadkowego, gdzie o miejsce po godz 9 nie łatwo. W rezerwacji korzystaliśmy z Booking w cenie 84 euro za noc pok 4 os. (z podatkiem)

Además de estar fatalmente comunicado ( hay un servicio de transporte para llevarte al metro. Un vehículo para 8 personas. Tres horarios de ida en la mañana y tres de vuelta en la tarde. Tuvimos que alquilar un coche) Al hotel le hace falta una reforma urgente. Esta viejo y roto. El aire acondicionado chorrea agua dentro de la habitación. Las paredes están llenas de cadáveres de mosquitos (no los limpian, hay muchos, llévate insecticida o te comen) el desayuno, bien. Las cenas de media pensión dejan mucho que desear. Lo mejor los camareros y camareras son majisimos.

Bueno para empezar de 4 estrellas tiene poco. En España eso seria como una pensión de estas que con suerte no duermes con cucarachas. Instalaciones en muy malas condiciones, humedades, mosquitos por todos lados (incluso muertos en el techo de la habitación). Muy mal ubicado. El transporte que ellos ofrecen es una furgoneta en la que nos hemos metido hasta 15 personas( es para 9) para no tener que dar más viajes. Piscina con moho en el borde y la gente metiéndose con la ropa (muy higiénico todo). Ni se te ocurra ir al baño por la noche porque si tiras de la cadena, tienes de fondo el sonido de las cataratas del Niagara durante unos 20 minutos, vamos que se entera todo el hotel de que has ido al baño. Pongo una estrella porque es lo mínimo que se puede poner.

Yes please!Rome is so full of culture and things to see that we didn't even expect the hotel to be this good.Quality hotel is a great base for exploring. A quick 10 minute walk to the nearest train station gets you into roma termini for €1.50...very cheap travel.The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city so is not city centre however with such a great rail network this isn't a problem.Clean rooms and friendly staff- can't ask for much more with such a cheap deal!

Difficile arrivarci; si trova nella periferia est di Roma. Inesistenti i cartelli dell'albergo e i due navigatori in mio possesso danno entrambi indicazioni sbagliate.L'albergo ha un ampio parcheggio peraltro traboccante di contenitori di immondizia nella parte retrostante.Per quanto avessi pagato in anticipo alla reception mi chiedevano un ulteriore pagamento anticipato per la camera.fino a quando non si sono convinti che avevo già pagato anticipatamente con booking non mi hanno dato la chiave.La stanza è piccola. Il televisore non si spegne mai. Una ciabatta e un estintore sono rimasti per tutto il tempo sul pavimento del corridoio dell'ottavo piano.Colazione normale. I clienti dell'hotel possono usufruire gratuitamente della piscina.Il prezzo è particolarmente conveniente e questo attenua qualche disagio.

I went there this year and I expect that It will have a good location near subway station or bus station ,but it was farther than I expected...I used to go down for going to the bus station or to have a taxi for arriving at the subway ..The area near the hotel was terrible because I could see rats or dead animals ,and also across the road you Could see a lots of garbages ,so I couldn’t have pleasent walks in the evening...Also I wasn’t apropriate to the facilites like supermarkets,stores,shops and I was very afraid by going for a walk too because I didn’t have a great view and the Streets not far from there were like in nightmares..Also I will continue about the hotel ...Internet was very bad there and I was suposed to consume a lots of data ..The rooms were dirty (for example the towels or the linen),the balconies were looking like after an earthquaqe because the Glass from them was crushed ...our safe box didn’t function and when we went to the reception They Said that will be repaired ,but when???Nobody came to our room for helping with this ...The breakfast was very poor and also the juice had a teribile taste and the cakes too..I couldn’t serve the first meal ...The restaurant had also food which wasn’t good cooked and also the waiters didn’t serve me quiqkly ...I stayed there more than too our and Guess what ...They put a incorect price on the bill and we need to correct them their mistake...The pool wasn’t very clean and it were crowded ,excepting that you need pay for a day there 6€...Also at the depature our bus was late with an hour and we were on the point of mising the Plane ...A great nightmare and a messy city ..Have a good day !!!

Most members of the staff are nice, guest-centered and quite friendly, only once were we denied from ordering a cocktail 30 minutes before the bar's closing time - the tender most probably just did not want to wash stuff (the other day we were served even in the last 10 minutes). The shuttle service to Tiburtina station is frequent, absolutely free and for this reason I have no reasons to criticise it. The pool is a bit tricky to find but it really is large enough, logically divided and all-in all a nice place to be at. Our room had a seemingly new air conditioner. I believe the value for money of this hotel is rather good. Now the downside: the location of the hotel is terrible, it's far from the city centre, the bus comes rather rarely, the metro station is 1.6 kms (1 mile). The condition of the rooms, the corridors and the whole facility would rather be a low 3 stars hotel than 4 stars, the wallpaper is peeling off and there are a few more elements which would require fixing or complete renovation. The mattresses are held by simple, movable planks. The staff's English speaking abilities are not that high for a 4 stars hotel, and it could lead to some issues but they helpfully resolved all issues I had.
