Понравилось: · Ochotný a milý personál na recepci, v restauraci i náhodně na chodbách, pěkné a čisté interiéry a velice dobrá restaurace-bar. Mohu jen doporučit.
Не понравилось: · není to o tom,že by se mi to nelíbilo, pouze mně překvapilo okolí hotelu (čtvrť města-trochu dál od centra a částečně u škaredých paneláků),,ale neberu to jako negativum.

Понравилось: · Phenomenal service from Tanya and Victoria at the reception desk. Irena in the restaurant was also congenial and a fine hostess. The Chilean merlot she served at the fantastic salmon dinner was a great value and a fine complement to the food. Very reasonably priced and deicious. Room 103 had a burned out light fixture next to the bed. Shower was small but adequate. Towels and bedding were fine. Confusion over picking us up at the Kiev airport. We did not see a sign from the hotel with our name on it. We were delayed at least an hour after arrival due to missing luggage and filling out paperwork. Perhaps the driver gave up on us and left before we cleared customs. We took a taxi to the hotel and paid the driver 200 UAH. At checkout we noted the 200 UAH charge for the hotel provided taxi which was not utiiized by us. Communication with Victoria was more difficult but she was trying very hard to help us. We received an email from the hotel telling us a driver would be waiting for after we actually arrived at the hotel. Tanya was especially helpful as we tried repeatedly to learn where our luggage was. She could not have been nicer to us. She had the best English ability of all other ladies we met at the hotel.

Понравилось: · Очень удобно расположение отеля для путешественников - Борисполь рядом совсем, удобный трансфер. При этом очень тихо и уютно. Идельное отношение персонала. Вкусная еда, чистая постель, горячая вода - для ночёвки перед вылетом - прекрасный вариант! Обязательно остановимся тут при следующем перелёте.
Понравилось: · Хороший отель,до Аэропорта минут 10 на такси. Вокруг тихо, можно выспаться. В номере есть все необходимое кроме зеркала во весь рост.
Понравилось: · Staff at reception spoke passable English. Helped with WiFi and with TV. Provided early breakfast.
Не понравилось: · Very dated. Room had musty smell , small beds. Hallway dark and dreary.

Понравилось: · A very attractive hotel hidden in suburban Ukraine, I only stayed one night but it was a pleasant stay
Понравилось: · The breakfast, the size of the room, how close the hotel is to the airport but also that it’s a walking distance from a McDonald’s and a supermarket were all a positive.
Не понравилось: · The air con and the tv were not working in my room.
