Не понравилось: Не понравилось · В Номере грязь и пыль,постельное белье в пятнах,а зеркало в ванной вообще мутное и в брызгах,на табличке не беспокоить вообще висели чьи -то волосы черные.Воды теплой нет,холодно в номере ,генераторов и света тоже нету ,просто ужасное впечатление осталось .
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Не понравился шум от генератора в восемь часов утра. Было очень шумно и я попросила администратора переселить меня в другой номер так как хотела ещё поспать несколько часов до выселения, персонал долго не мог решить этот вопрос это и не понравилось.

There is a central heating which makes it warm almost all the time, even if the electricity is down for 6 hours (which happens in Kyiv during winter at least couple of days of week. The stuff is friendly, kind and human, you can borrow things and there is nice calm atmosphere. There is a restaurant, which is good however a bit overpriced because 4 minutes from it there is a store and better and cheaper restaurants with quality dishes A cot, tea which is changed each day. You can also ask to change your towels only once a week or once in 4 days of you want: they are very open to everything. They have not a bad warm shelter! As I understand the electricity works in the basement all the time, so it's not like cold and dark: there is light all the time. During the blackouts the wifi works worse: you will have to use the phone one, from your simcard: I recommend Kyivstar esim. Everything was pretty good. I've also ordered a wake up service and they have waken me up alright:) I recommend!
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · The water was not warm during days when the electricity was down for 6 hours in a day. But I didn't get sick, it was still not that cold! wifi works worse during blackouts, which is everywhere a bit like that in this price sector.
