Понравилось: · Good accommodation in a good location (25-30 min walking to center). Very responsive reception desk, check in and check out went very smoothly. We used the taxi service provided which was prompt and convenient.

Понравилось: · Понравилось буквально все - от таких мелочей как одноразовые тапочки и до дизайна интерьера и расположения. Очень уютные апартаменты, в которые, как буду снова в Киеве, с удовольствием поселюсь опять. Теперь знаю точно что Dayflat стал для меня эталоном сервиса и предоставления услуг по аренде апартаментов. Отдельную благодарность хочу адресовать персоналу - сервис и доброжелательность выше всяких похвал! Спасибо Вам за вашу работу!

Не понравилось: · L' environnement est idéal, le lieu est très bien situé.

Понравилось: · The staff was very helpful. Metro being nearby is an advantage and the room was pretty clean. There are almost all the kicthen tools including oven and microwave to prepare a meal.

Не понравилось: · At night it get s a little cold in the room. The apartment uses central heating system causing raditors to be not operatable. A bigger boiler is needed, hot water runs out very quickly.

Понравилось: · The location is great. Was able to walk to most of the old section of town and was close to the metro for other areas. Communication was great with hosts. Arranged pick up for myself from the airport and the driver had the keys and completed the check in process since I arrived after office hours. My daughter arrived several days later and they picked her up as well. They were very helpful with this as I wasn't 100% sure she had made her connection and would be at the airport but they connected with her right away. It's close to a large Billa grocery store. I felt safe in the area. The ability to have someone pick you up at the airport and get you into your apartment is great. At lot of reviews of different places talk about arriving in the dark at places that look sketchy or are difficult to find and then having to deal with a cranky old lady that doesn't speak any English to get you to your room. I didn't want to start my trip with this stress.

Не понравилось: · I would have liked 2 beds but I knew when I booked it, it only had one. I originally had booked a place with 2 beds but after reading the reviews I cancelled it and booked this place instead. I'm very glad I did. Having 2 beds would have just been the icing on the cake.

Понравилось: · Great location. It is possible to contact the staff via whats app and they are responding immediately any time late night or evening with a very helpful and positive attitude.

Не понравилось: · We had transfer service from the airport and got the keys from the driver. Unfortunately the driver was not speaking a word of English and did not show us how to unlock the door outside at the street side. That was a problem because after going out we couldn't get in to the building for some time at 5 am in the morning. The shower gel is not a good quality, I had allergy on my skin after having shower.

Не понравилось: · Шумела вентиляция от ресторана. Не было сеток на окна и залетали комары. Маленькое одеяло (мой рост 203см)))))
