Понравилось: Понравилось · The staff at the Bukovel Hotel reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they also spoke English. The luggage room was very useful during check-in and check-out. The location was excellent, and being driven up to the room was a huge bonus. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Bukovel, and the nearby restaurant was convenient for dinner, although quite expensive. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again, especially because of the excellent customer service, although overall we tend to prefer spa hotels.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · The room is a bit old fashioned. Although it is a cabin, I think it needs to be modernised. The TV didn’t work, well it had no signal. The walls were covered in stains, like they had been splashed with drinks and never cleaned. The room was so hot that actually it was quite uncomfortable. Seems a waste of energy to open the windows especially during a time when Ukraine is suffering from nationwide power issues.
Понравилось: Понравилось · I lived two nights in the upper residence, in the house on the hillside, with the double room, with beautiful panoramic window across the whole room. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff was polite and very helpful. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. During my stay they served breakfast on the restaurant in the center of Bukovel (10 minutes walk), and the breakfast was great too. And it was free parking next to the house. Also, large "Silpo" supermarket is 10 minutes walk from the house.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · I enjoyed everything, with the exception of two moments: first, it was minibar fridge in the room, but it was empty. Question to the hotel management: why not fill in the minibar and earn on its sales? Not even single bottle of water in the room...(however they had electric teapot there). Second, the security box was located in very inconvenient place – you need to literally lay down on the floor to put something in it and enter security code.

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Один нюанс того что если вы вешаете табличку не беспокоить, персонал всё равно приходит убирать, это немножко было не удобно, хотелось бы чтоб не беспокоили.

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Little information provided about the bus from the train station to the hotel on the website and the bus never came to pick us up on the way back.
