We really love this place, especially for breakfast, very tastyeven though it's usually pretty crowded too

Была много раз на Шота и в Цуме. Отвратительное место У них очень красивый декор, возможно самый красивый ы городе. Но на этом все. Персонал медленный, глупый и равнодушный. Еда не вкусная.Цены средние.

Great food and service. I had the tuna melt toasted and it was delicious!Big portions, staff is very friendly, prompt.Prices are comparable to similar cafes in the U.S. Seems the prices in restaurants and cafes are much more expensive, since the last time I was in Kyiv, but probably due to the war.I would recommend !

Не советую, уважения к гостям нету не никакого, персонал не опытный и закатывающий глаза!Хостес не захотела сажать за столик, который нам пообещали, официант уже принес и пытался свести в шутку, но админ и хостес продолжали настаивать, что мы не сможем сесть за наш стол, спасибо хоть не предложили кушать стоя! Не знаю кого они хотели посадить туда, может своих друзей или директора ...Кухню так и не попробовали, просто ушли , вокруг много хороших заведений

The food is no doubt very good (I’ve tried at their main address and also at Kyiv Food Market) and compare to other restaurants in Kyiv, the price is not a good one. I just want to set it right about the service because I’d read many complaints about the service here that I was reluctant to come. In fact we’ve had a very warm welcome and all staffs are very helpful. Note: In case you want to sit outside (the place has a nice setting and it’s perfect to enjoy some fresh air as the inside is always very crowded) you should ask for the take away.

The best place for deserts and breakfast foods! Try the sirniki and Surprisingly good pizza as well 🍕

Güzel bir mekan. Sabah kahvaltıya gittik pastalarda aklımız kalınca akşam tatlı yemeye uğradık. Avokadolu kahvaltı tabakları denenebilir biz beğendik. Tatlıları da güzel. Fiyatları ortalama üstü.

I don't know what happened to my favorite place: maybe the chef changed, or the management, or the chef was sick with the coronavirus and lost his flair and taste ??? It feels like everything is being done for me and other clients of this place will never come back here again. 1. The waiter can not name the price of the cake in the window (and as you know, the concept of the institution is that there are no price tags and we all know - the prices here are not cheap). 2. The pieces have become smaller , bring it home, and there is some crookedly cut and thin not 2.5 cm… ok! make 1 cm! - this is twice as much money 3. Tested cakes are not as they were. Red Velvet - dry cakes not soaked, cream is not as dense as it used to be - and sweeter… 4. New cakes are not the ones! Too sweet. It doesn't have that taste ... as before (before any cake or pastry is a delicacy) - it looks like a very ordinary confectionery in a deli at the prices of an expensive restaurant. 5. About long waits and other moments - so much wrote, I will not repeat. Milkbar was better place with perfect cakes, but now it's not, unfortunately.

Удивлена, как можно испортить такое красивое место (я имею ввиду террасу). Искусственно создают очередь( когда нас посадили после ожидания в очереди, вокруг нас было 4!!! свободных стола. Долго ожидали официанта сделать заказ, столько же ждали, чтобы рассчитаться(
