I bought a Margiela t shirt and a pair of sliders. The t shirt is only worn on special occasions and the sliders also. They are very expensive so I don't use them much. The stitching in the front of the shirt has completely come off the shirt looks absolutely disgusting. The sliders are also coming apart from the side where it's held on by glue. I am scared that they will just rip off.
Absolutely the most useless and incompetent customer service I've ever dealt with. Bought an MM wallet online from Farfetch and contacted the brand for advice on the best way to clean the signature white stitching. I went to their London store only to have the salesperson recommend using white-out/tipex to clean the stitching. Really? On a leather wallet?! Then I emailed MM customer service direct, only to have them tell me multiple times that I need to contact Farfetch regarding care instructions. How would a big online retailer like Farfetch be better suited to give specific cleaning instructions over the brand who actually designed and manufactured the wallet?! Absolute joke of a customer service team for a so-called "high fashion" brand!
