I have purchased Hanky Panky for years and have found them to be excellent quality and fit so far. I am extremely disappointed though to see the emails pouring in and the company won't send to Canada. After all... they pretty much fit in an envelope, even the retros. Lol So what the heck!

I order some Hanky Panky products after I have heard great things about this company. I placed my order and after a week and a half of not hearing a thing, no email no nothing, I contact them . I got a reply back from Jiovannie Adams and said my package was deliver and left on my porch. I never recieved the package so I called and spoke to Jiovannie Adams and she was very rude and hateful. She asked in a very mean hateful tone if I have spoke to my neighbors , maybe they picked it up. I said I havent asked directly but I would imagine they would give it to me if they pick up. She proceed to state that they would be investigating me and when the investigation was done they would send me a new package. I was excited about getting my package but now with how I was treated I will probably just send back. I paid a good amount of money to be treated like this . Horrible customer service is what brings down a company. Hanky Panky you just lost a customer for your horrible customer service.
