Very odd place. Never seen such grumpy women in my life. Was it my lack of language skills? No English and no interest. Just pay and go, find your own way. No interpretive signs, just an interesting warren of rooms, stairs, dimly lit artefacts and no other tourists when I was there. This could be so much more interesting with a few signs explaining things...

Были группой с экскурсоводом, если в одиночку, будет скучно. Кроме того это действующая аптека. Всем рекомендую, стоит побывать.

We visited on New Year's Eve with my husband and 2 children (aged 10 and 11) and really enjoyed this place. It was funny to queue to buy the entrance tickets (£1 for adults, 50p for children) behind Ukrainians buying Strepsils and other medicines, but this is a working chemist still. We most liked the underground tunnels and would recommend it as a worthwhile way to spend half an hour or so as part of your visit to Rynok Square.

1785年創業のウクライナ最古の現役薬局が博物館でもある。中高齢の女性薬剤師さんたちが働いている。万病に効くという有名な「鉄ワイン」が売られていた。
