We had an incredible Chernobyl tour with Solo East. As impressive as the sights were by themselves, our trip was massively improved by our wonderful guide Victoria, who perfectly tailored our experience, somehow managed to avoid all the group tours, and was knowledgeable, likeable, and hilarious. Solo East is lucky to have people of Victoria's calibre guiding their tours. Although the private tours are costly we felt that it was money very well spent.

Been wanting to visit for a long time, it was amazing, Alex the guide was so knowledgeable and very passionate about his knowledge and the family connection. I highly recommend the trip, we want to come back and visit again but do the 2 day trip with alex and see more

Excellent day trip hosted by Igor. We saw an amazing amount of stuff and covered much more ground that we might otherwise have done on a group tour. Igor was very welcoming and informative and transported us to the sites comfortably. It's a long day trip, but well worth it.

Alex, persona estremamente preparata e professionale ci ha condotto con passione nei luoghi che 33 anni fa furono il teatro del più grave incidente nucleare mai occorso nella storia dell’uomo. Con dovizia di particolari ci ha fornito un’infinità di informazioni che ci hanno permesso di comprendere a fondo i fatti ed il dramma vissuti dalle popolazioni di Pripyat e Chernobyl. Spero di poter tornare ancora all’interno della Zona di Esclusione con SoloEast e Alex ed il suo collaboratore come guide. A special thanks to Alex Liudvikovskyi for being the leader of our group during the two days spent within the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. Alex, an extremely skilled and professional person, took us with passion to the places that 33 years ago were the scene of the most serious nuclear accident ever occurred in human history. With an abundance of details, he provided us with a wealth of information that allowed us to fully understand the facts and the drama experienced by the populations of Pripyat and Chernobyl. I hope to be able to return again to the Exclusion Zone with SoloEast and Alex and his collaborator as guides.

I had two tour in November with Alex: he's an amazing guide, he knows so much information concerning history both on a technical and human side. Those have been two magnificent tours that have enriched me with new knowledge towards a story I'm carrying in my heart in my whole life. Thanks for the great service you do.

We went on this tour on the 2nd February 2019. It was absolutely brilliant. We were shown far more than the description suggests. The guide was very knowledgable and friendly, the driver was excellent and the food provided was delicious. An absolute must for anyone visiting Kiev.

Absolutely great tour with Diana!! She is amazing!! Great conversationalist, guide, and just alot of fun to be around. She knows the area extremely well, and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the diaster, the clean up, and ongoing efforts to dismantle old reactor #4. If you decide to tour Chernobyl, you will not go wrong with Soloeast, and ask for Diana, she is amazing

Me and my boyfriend went for one day tour to Chernobyl. Our guide Alex was very well prepared and gave us very detailed explanation with particular and interesting details. He was easy going and interacted very nicely with the group. The tour was well organized and everything went smoothly. Of course it wasn't enough for one day tour, there is so many other things to see and learn but one can easily check the other options offered by the company.

We booked a private day tour to chernobyl with solo east and we didn't regret it. Diana our guide was efficient, knowledgeable,friendly and made us feel comfortable. We had a great time and by going private we avoided the crowds and the wait.Higly recommended.
