The worst possible impression from the owner of the location. I would like to note right away that I would rate the restaurant and the service in it at 10/10, without question, a great place. All the services from staff were amazing along with the restaurant and wine quality. But in 10 years of traveling in Ukraine and the world, this is the worst service I have seen. After arriving at the hotel and carrying some of the things, we went to the car for our suitcases, but when we tried to open the door, the first time we turned the key, it broke in the lock (I note that this is one of the few hotels where old physical keys are still used instead of card keys) . We contacted the administrator about this problem, after which we waited patiently for three hours for someone to come and solve the problem. When nothing happened, I asked the administration to do something, since we were left on the street without phones, money and, most importantly, medicine, which turned out to be locked in the room. Nothing happened for half a day, we sat on the street and waited, and only after a loud scandal, we finally called the master, who also scolded us, and finally opened the door. After contacting the administration with a complaint about this situation, I managed to contact the owner Chizai, and when I told him about the situation, he told me that it was also my fault and that I should pay him for the repair of the castle. To be honest, we went here to celebrate a holiday, we spent money on the road and on the Chateau itself, and we also had to buy their wine, but I have never seen such a poor attitude towards customers from the owner as here in the most abandoned villages or roadside cafes. Now there is no desire to return here, nor to take anything from them. Having traveled all over Transcarpathia, I saw and talked with real businessmen and people who own businesses, and I was always impressed by their attitude towards guests. This is the worst level, at the level of a bazaar trader who sold you wormy fruits and also called you a cheater and blamed you that you have bought it. Victor Victorovich (one of the owners, whom I spoke to) did the worst conversation impression I’ve ever had. He does not care for customers, he does not care for service, he wanted to charge me 20uah for the broken key for old locker his facility provides. It’s nuts, I just can not understand this way of behaviour and would never buy a single peace of his products or use his services.

Хороший ресторан. Очень вкусный тартар ( по рекомендации официанта ), также понравилась телячья щека нежная и вкусная. Спагетти с креветками и спаржей, на мой вкус слишком травяные. Конечно же стоит отметить вина и бренди производства Чизай. Мы были в день рождения и получили десерт в подарок, приятно. Посещаем данный ресторан второй раз, когда бываем в термальных источниках и можем смело всем рекомендовать :)

Заехали семьей покушать будучи в Берегово. Почитал отзывы и подкупило большое количество положительных. Очень вкусно накормили, хорошее обслуживание. Молодцы.

Нереально романтический вечер... Еда, обстановка, мелодия скрипки... Обслуживание на высшем уровне! Отдельная благодарность официанту Даниилу. Десерты просто взрыв мозга! Благодарим за вечер. Здесь просто нужно побывать. Оооочень рекомендуем!

Були з дружиною. Дуже смачна кухня, жодна страва не розчарувала. Хороше обслуговування. І дуже красива локація! Рекомендую!

Если Вы отдыхаете или проездом в Берегово, настоятельно рекомендую посетить этот замечательный ресторан. Экзотическое расположение, шикарный вид на виноградники, превосходная кухня. Лучшего ресторана в этом регионе Вам не найти. Дети в восторге, все безупречно свежее и очень вкусно! Рекомендую!

Проживали в отеле Chizaj Мала гора 4 ночи ( термы+ дегустации) С отелем не всё так однозначно, но ресторан, в котором ужинали 4 вечера очень порадовал! Шеф-повар Михаил и его команда на своём месте, блюда идеальны ( как вкус, так и подача)!!! Всё, что ели, закуски, основные блюда- роскошны (без преувеличения)! Официанты-приветливые , обслуживание быстрое и с улыбкой. Цены вполне адекватные. Вкусное вино! Однозначно рекомендую!
