SPA-салон Royal Thai Spa

Уже несколько раз была в обеих салонах и на Рейтарской, и на Лютеранской, и всегда ухожу в состоянии абсолютного счастья!! Персонал приятный и профессиональный, а массажистки просто прелесть- мастера своего дела, можно не бояться им доверить свои драгоценные спины, да и остальные части тела тоже))! Однозначно рекомендую!!

When things goes well, yes the service is good.
Once I booked an appointment with a specific master which was confirmed, the next day when I arrived and was already on my way to the room they have told me that there will be another master.
Rude service with them knowing that I go every time to a specific master!
I consider myself as a good client, I used to go between 1-2 times a week for a treatment and always left 20%-30% tip to my master because she deserved the good job! I’ve requested to get a call from a manager the same day of curse no one called. I came after few months again for a treatment because the new salon I found was fully booked, when I was asked “surprisingly” why I stopped coming I replied with my story which the reception lady was aware of. I requested again that a manager will contact me if they want me as a client again...no call no nothing. To sum up, you can come give your money away and you will be liked, if something is not going well..typical Ukrainian attitude that it’s ok to lose a client because others will come..

Gorgeous service, friendly staff and absolutely outstanding service! Strongly recommend!

Очень довольна массажем и уровнем салона.

Массаж делают мастера из Таиланда. Тут очень чисто и уютно!
