This is a beautiful cafe and I had high expectations. I am sad to say that we were quite disappointed though. The service was really slow. Nobody took notice of us when we sat down, I had to go and get the waiter so that we could get menus and order. We had the breakfast menu that it served on a special "afternoon tea stand" that looks really fancy. We got our food 50 minutes after ordering. It was OK but nothing special. Both the salmon and bacon sandwiches were served on a dry toast. Why not use good, fresh bread that I see everywhere in Lviv? The rest of the menu consisted of additional dry bread with some spread. Ordered coffee after our meal and waited 30 minutes to get it. Seriously! This place is really nice and has great potential but the management needs to train their staff, hire more staff or what ever is the problem here. It all looks fancy but does not deliver all the way.

Добрий день Grand Cafe, сьогодні ми завідали до Вас у гості і були неприємно здивовані! Дуже гарне, світле, приємне місце, привітний персонал і на цьому хороше закінчується! Негативне враження викликала кухня і страви з меню, перше що ми замовили це був звичайний бульон з якого все і почалося, принесли його біль ніж за 40хв, хочу відмітити офіціанта який вибачився і пригостив нас горішками! Наступне замовлення булу із двох салатів з тунцем і лососем які на смак були зовсім «неякі» я не скажу що вони смачні чи не смачні просто без маку! Ще одна страва для нашого столу була смажена яловичина яка була зовсім сирою, ступінь просмаження ніхто не спитав! На завершення гранд нагороду віддаю чорному еклеру з рибним рієтом у якому я знайшов відразу дві великі реберні рибні кістки, на що мені офіціант відповів що так і повинно бути!!!

Отличное кафе, подача, блюда, атмосфера, все рекомендую к посещению обязательно!

Вишукані смачні оригінальні страви і десерти

Завжли любила фірмовий десерт! Прямо дуже!!! Але сьогоні розчарував - соус настільки рідкий, що його можна назвати "кремовою водою" , а не кремом, чи чимось на те схожим! Шкода ! :(

Дуже смачні десерти, кава... Надзвичайно гарна ресторація, розташована у старовинній Ратуші.

I feel a bit bad giving such a negative review. But I hope it may lead to improvement. The cafe interior ives up to the 'grand" in its name. The breakfast special (129UAH, unbeatable price) looked great, and included a small glass of Prosecco. Great.. or not... while the poached egg + garnishing salad was good, all the bread was old. Three kinds of bread and all seemed to be from earlier this week. We felt sorry for our waiter. He had no clue what he was doing. Running back and forth not getting anything done. It took just under an hour to get our food. Any order of additional drinks and coffee only further embarrassed the already bad service. After 2 weeks in Ukraine - this was by far the worst. Management/owners: please start caring. You have fantastic place with awesome potential.

Мило, но конвеер. Сесть где захочешь не выйдет, хостес пересадит. Много еды не закажешь, так как она просто не поместится на столе, так у меня и произошло. Заказали три позиции на 2х человек. Но вкусненько и атмосферно

The greatest desserts I've ever tried in Lviv. The most delicious one is Leopolis, it even have his own passport😄 Highly recommend to try it.
