Понравилось: · The staff was very friendly, whenever I called the front desk to ask for either an iron, or even extra shampoo for my room, the staff brought it to my room instantly. The hotel is extremely clean and freshly renovated!! The hotel even provides you with freshly cleaned bath robe and slippers during your stay

Понравилось: · A better category Ibis hotel than usual, in an atttractive building and surroundings. It's better to stay here than in the Kreschatek area which is still very close. All attractions can be reached from here fast and easy. Taxis in Kiev are very inexpensive and can be obtained very fast. Don't even bother to take a metro. A plus is that there's a 24/7 restaurant on the second floor.
Не понравилось: · I think the day time staff at the front desk could be a bit more welcoming and warm. Night time staff and staff at restaurant were friendly.
