Entry to the museum is available in two parts for UAH 35 each, plus UAH 30 to take photos. We saw the first part, called Old Odessa, on the first floor; the other part covers the Second World War and is on the groud floor. The interior of the building is most impressive and worth seeing in its own right. The 'Old Odessa' section was definitely worth visiting as it explains how the city was planned by Catherine the Great in 1794, and the grid plan seen today in the city centre reflects the original plan. It also charts the city's cultural and artistic importance in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Although each exhibit is labelled in Ukrainian and Russian, there are short English explanations at the entrance of each room, which the guides will point out to you, and which provide a general idea of what it is all about.

Αρκετά καλό και με πολλά και σπάνια πράγματα και αντίκες απο διάφορες εποχές για να δεί κανείς! Δεν είχε σχεδόν τίποτα στα Αγγλικά. Μερικές πτέρυγες είχαν κάποιες δομικές ζημιές και απαγορεύεται η πρόσβαση προς στιγμήν, δυστυχώς, γιατί από μακρυά πρόσεξα ότι υπήρχαν πολλά και ενδιαφέροντα πράγματα να δείς!! Η τιμή για 2 άτομα αντιστοιχεί σε 7€ και αν θέλεις να βγάλεις φωτογραφίες 8€.

Вполне демократичные цены. Для городского музея, достаточно насыщенные композиции. Для полного удовлетворения рекомендую брать экскурсии.
