Вьетнамский ресторан Tin Tin Food Spot

We recently had four days in Kiev and ended up eating here a couple of times because it was so good. Food was delicious, great drinks menu and very friendly staff. We'll be sure to make this our first stop next time we visit!

Были на обеде ели бол и фу бо супы (креветка и телятина), через 2 часа было ужасное состояние тяжести в желудке, к вечеру все прошло, но впечатления ужасные

К сожалению второй поход в это место оказался абсолютно ужасным. Официанты грубые, как и их метод решения конфликта. Заказала коктейль, официант не рассказал ни о составляющих, ни о том, что он особенный, сделав глоток коктейля он резко отдавал мне йодом, хотелось вытошнить этот глоток обратно. Официант узнав о проблеме сказала 'Мы все пробовали коктейль, никто таких отзывов не давал', окей, я никто, значит, сенкс. Далее ко мне подошел бармен ужасающих размеров, который повис надо мной и спросил, что с коктейлем не так, я объяснила ему проблему, но мне было страшно, когда мужчина вот так нависает тобой с абсолютно недружелюбным поведением а-ля 'мой коктыч тебе не зашел?'. Затем, бармен объяснил, что там есть особенный чай, и ушел, не извинившись как и официантка. Коктейль после одного малюсенького глотка, оказался нетронутым, официант забила на проблему и оставился коктейль в счете! Это абсолютная наглость и не лояльность, после первого похода и пиццы с грушей я была поражена и собиралась быть постоянным гостем, но видимо пай споту и так гостей хватает, поэтому можно забить на то, что напортачили. Я поняла бы, если бы я выпила 30% коктейля хотя бы, или бы сказала, что все ок. Но это полный бред.

Three cuisines in one spot: asian, Mexican and Italian, friendly atmosphere, delicious dishes, dog friendly

Tin Tin has morphed from solely a Vietnamese restaurant and has added two additional kitchens one called Pie Spot and the Mexican Kitchen called CHICA Poblano. They are both superb. Tin Tin’s Vietnamese cuisine is excellent, with authentic dishes you could find in Ho Chi Minh city. From their spring rolls or fresh rolls, to Pho’s are all perfect. Pie Spot has the BEST PIZZA in Kiev, I mean THE BEST!!! Their secret is that the chefs spent three months last year in New York City (pre-Covid) learning the secrets of what makes New York Pizza the best. The difference is that they make the dough 24 hours in advance giving the yeast time to ferment. This gives the dough a lighter texture and they use imported flour making their crust the undisputed champion. The pizzas are amazing. The New York style is as good as you can get anywhere in New York. and their sour dough variety is simply delicious. They also sell by the slice in case you just want a snack. The Mexican food from their CHICA Poblana kitchen is the most authentic in Ukraine. It is truly Mexican not Tex Mex. All the dishes are small servings meant to be eaten by hand. The taco’s are amazingly tasty and the guacamole incredible. Don’t bother asking for a fork and knife, as the staff will refuse your request. Citing that this is how the dish is supposed to be served. I think they should at a minimum make a plastic fork and knife available understanding the Covid issue that they want to minimize staff coming into contact with eating utensils. Additionally they do not offer Coca Cola which I found odd. All in all Tin Tin, offers three great cuisines all perfectly executed in terms of great tasting authentic cultural flavors.

I starting going to a gym next door and so I eat here a lot. It's great. Somehow this one cool little place is serving authentic, amazing versions of 3 wildly different cuisines, Pizza, Mexican, and Vietnamese. The pizza here is hands down best in the city. Better than Napule, Liberty Diner, Mimosa Brooklyn and even Italian Edition. If you're from New York as I am you will become homesick over their NY pepperoni pie. But I am now hooked on their authentic tacos and quesadillas. Which are as good as anything I've had in LA.I go to Workshop Fitness next door so I'm always passing by. It's fast and well priced, perfect for a post workout meal but buttoned up and trendy enough for a casual business meeting. It's next to the Velotrack so I can watch people whizz around the track while eating. The staff is nice and efficient attentive, but almost comically trendy and fashionable.Which brings me to my only complaint: Clearly Pie Spot is run by serious, passionate foodies, because the food is so amazing and prices good. I am fan of their very tasty vision. But in some ways this place is just a little bit too hipster and too cool for school. For instance, there's great alcoholic drinks and beer.But, in some super annoying, manic pixie dream-girl, quirky fit of coolness, they decided to only put Dr. Pepper on the menu as the only soda. Why is there only one soda option on the menu? At a fricking pizzeria/taco place? I've never seen anything like that at any Mexican or pizza place in America in my life. And being from NY I grew up drinking RC cola with my pizza. Or since they folded, I've always at least had a fountain coke or Pepsi. It's a tradition of mine at all the NY pizzerias I ate at growing up.But, here, in Kyiv, these crazy kids know better. And they will only give me Dr. Pepper with my pizza and tacos. Yes. That's it. Just Dr. Pepper. Worst soda ever. No Sprite, no Orange Crush, no Mexican Coke, nothing. It's perverse and diabolical to cook me such amazing, addictive food and deny me a simple, normal coke or Pepsi or sprite or orange or literally anything other than this nasty, obscure American soda from the 70s no American has ever liked. I guess they thought the name Dr. Pepper was 'jazzy" or something? They may as well just be serving warm Hawaiian Punch. Or how about salty tap water? Even Fresca would be better. Sad that my favorite spot in Kiev won't serve me a soda I can actually drink. Silly hipsters))Anyway still a great place. But if you are looking for a drinkable soda to go with your pizza or tacos or pho, you better bring your own, drink beer or get your food to go. Otherwise, strong recommend, 10 out of 10.

Цены не соответствуют качеству. В болах ничего особенного. Слабый выбор десертов. Вьетнамский кофе со сгущенкой только чуть исправил ситуацию. У официантов замузганные затертые свитшоты, не оч приятные эмоции это вызвало.

Боже мой ⚡️☄️ваша питска самая вкусная в стране , у вас так уютненько , а если выйти на улицу и покурить сижку то урбанистично как в Берлине ❤️
