DONT RECOMMEND, NOT WORTH IT! I rarely write reviews but compelled to in this case since I was really scam you!!! Like other reviews has said, they do charge a deposit for a table when I had seen many local people just sit down at any table without paying. Behind all the performances they seem to only care about taking your money. I was having dinner with a friend who ordered seafood. She spoke both english and Ukranian. She asked for a seafood plate for her when they brought enough food for 4 people. The food wasnt that good either. In addition to this, they charged my credit card 3x and its taking the bank 3 days and its still not fixed. Just avoid it.
BEWARE OF 400$ SCAM IN KARAOKE! Long story short, me and my female friend came to this place to have a dinner and visit karaoke. Dinner was fine, food is good, service as well besides the wait time of 20min to get the menus. We paid for the bill and went to karaoke. On our 2nd song my friend accidentally dropped the microphone, karaoke host showed up right away!, and stated that we broke the mic and have to pay 10,000 UHR ( about 400$)! They called security and told us do not leave until we pay. Microphone didn't have any visual damage and had lights on it. I suspect they simply turned it off. I called manager, and guy with an attitude by name Oleg came up without badge and told us to pay for "broken mic".which is ridiculous. He refused to provide me his last name, he was without a badge! (the manager without a badge wtf??), security was around us all the time and they treated us like a crooks. I spent 200$ on food and drinks and tips but evening was ruined! We had to pay but I'm not going to leave it like that! I regret I didn't take that "broken microphone" with me since I paid for it, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's working the next evening! NO BILLS, CHECKS, RECEIPTS WERE PROVIDED FOR THIS TRANSACTION. SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!TO OWNERS OF THIS PLACE: Please get your staff and managers name tag badges so customers understand who thery're talking to. And make customers visiting karaoke aware UPFRONT about your "Drop the microphone" policy so that they have to pay for it in any case and the amount of 400$ so they are aware and more cautious or can. Never heard of anything like that in other countries. Visited many karaoke places. And train your managers to cut the attitude and work with customers in any situations. It's essential for restaurant businesses especially when you possess yourself as $$$ place.
