Najgorsza sofa jaką kiedykolwiek kupiłam. Po trzech latach użytkowania w salonie, bardzo delikatnego użytkowania przez 2 dwie dorosłe osoby, jest praktycznie do wyrzucenia. Nie polecam, jakość ws. cena jest nie do przyjęcia.

Was so excited for the Sits sofa, it was exactly what we were looking for. The fabric was damaged on the sofa and cushions. Instead of them sending a whole new sofa we agreed to new cushion covers and a discount refunded. Still waiting for the refund. Sofa is beautiful but the fabric requires more testing. It looks awful in the daylight and marks with every touch. So upset and disappointed.

25.10.19 17:02 We have bought a very big "heaven" couch 4 years ago in Warsaw, and have let it transport from there to the Netherlands. At the beginning, we have been very happy with the couch, the comfy looks and feel. but unfortunately, after such a short time, the couch has comepletly lost its shape (even though we are regularly forming the cushions), the feathers in the cushions seem to be broken, the material is not at its place, and some springs are broken. I have complained at the shop but got to hear that this is a "natural reaction" of the sofa. we have paid 4,500 Euro for the couch - in Germany and the Netherlands its sold for about double the price. for that amount of money i do expect a longer lifetime for a product. now, all we can do is just throw it away. such a pity.
DISASTER. Having paid several times the price of a regular couch, e.g. Ikea, I got a pseudo-designer product that is of lower quality than low-class furniture, squeaking loudly with every move and jumping when sitting down. Just a tiny detail, but still worth mentioning, even the furniture pads unders the legs came white when the legs are black. My distributor, through whom I bought the couch, ordered a new one for me, and the new one has EXACTLY the same problems - again squeaking and jumping PLUS one of the seats is too short and has an unaesthetic stitch on top for some reason, visible from under the cushions, as if it couldn't be on the bottom/back side (in the previous couch it was). On top of that, I wrote to Sits 2 weeks ago in order to find out from them directly how this is even possible and they haven't even written back and whenever I tried to call - no answer. DO NOT BUY, save yourself time and dignity.

Expérience catastrophique. Le design est magnifique en photo mais la qualité n’est même pas digne d’une chaîne de meubles à bas prix. J’ai reçu mon salon de la gamme Tokyo mi avril. Le premier jour, le coussin de la méridienne était totalement défoncé, l’armature du canapé est pleine de défauts et en plus la soi disant professionnelle à laquelle la société Axodéco a vendu en B to B s’est trompé de sens pour l’angle du canapé. Depuis un SAV toujours aussi catastrophique avec un cuir de couleur différente, plus aucune nouvelle de personne malgré les lettres recommandées. J’ai réglé une fortune pour un salon inutilisable. Cerise sur le gâteau , impossible d’avoir la facture avec la garantie légale de conformité. Marque à fuir de toute urgence !
