Конференц-готель Супутник

I have been several times in this hotel. I always had an apartment. The quality was excellent. It was very clean. The staff always friendly. The breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will always return.

Отель был выбран из-за близости к бизнес центру в связи с командировкой. Плюсы: заселили раньшехорошая транспортная развязкарядом кафешки и супермаркет Сильпо. завтрак был разнообразный и в целом не плохойМинусы:очень слабый интернет по вай файстарая сантехника в номере (бочок был не исправен, вода из под крана частично била в сторону, душевая лейка также была сломана)горячая вода была слегка тёплой, на 4 звонка на ресепшн и обещания что прийдет сантехник, так никто и не пришёл спортзал не работалЦена за такой отель и сервис слишком завышена, можно найти более выгодные предложения ближе к центру.

I will not write that it is liveable, because I expect some standards from 4-star hotel. In the beginning we have got ugly room. Even one channel in TV didn't work, cups were with holes, extremely stoned kettle, like if noone was ever cleaning it, a lot of water coming under shower, I was scared to use this shower, because it looked like it will fall down from the wall, water from toilet going all night, ceiling and walls with fungus. There was variety of food for breakfast but everything was cold and old. Staff was very unpleasant, not smiling at all, I had impression I am disturbing them with my presence. After several requests they have changed the room, but we had to waste another hour to wait for the new room. And new room weren't much better, however I didn't want to waste more time. At the end they didn't even say sorry. I think for this price you can find much better places in Lviv.

Dopo aver mangiato e bevuto in bar(ristorante) del hotel siamo stati trattati malissimo dal titolare della struttura,..sono stata colpita dal trattamento che abbiamo subito,maleducazione e ignoranza erano il biglietto da visita...quindi neanche pagata non tornerei

Pessimo servizio,comportamento del titolare non accettabile.non tornero di sicuro.Degradazione totale.Tre ragazze dietro il banco( con pocchissima gente in sala) non erano in grado a prendere l'ordine ,dovevamo alzarci noi,dopo di che aspettando ben tre quarti d'ora arrivato il piatto con contorno mezzo freddo,.non e mortale,ma cisono i posti migliori,anche in zona.titolare (una donna di mezzaeta,poca educazione)ha preso la mia compagnia a voci e parolace perche cercava di entrare in bagnio ....assurdo
