Понравилось: Понравилось · Great location, right in the city center, with good restaurants within walking distance. Despite frequent power outages in the city, the hotel always had electricity and hot water. The room was warm and quite comfortable. There is also a well-equipped bomb shelter in the parking area. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Понравилось: Понравилось · Great view from the 9th floor, room 901. Lots of windows, very bright and cozy. Warm and comfortable room.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · However, the sound insulation between rooms is poor — you can clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring room, as well as when they open windows or close the curtains. Practically every sound is audible. Breakfast was good, but there was no freshly brewed coffee, only instant. Also, there were no meat options available. I assume this is due to dietary restrictions related to a kosher menu.
