Hice una compra por la web, se devolvió algunos productos Zara Perú indica que la web corresponde a Zara España... Y cuando reclamas siemplemente dejan de responder y claro no te devuelven tu dinero

Realice una compra en línea la cual me llegó hasta el día de ayer, el calzado viene en diferente talla. Es decir un zapato de 1 número y el otro zapato otro número. Llamo a los teléfonos que están en la página y me dice que no existe, mando un mensaje al chat en línea y tampoco me contestan, mando mensaje a la página y tampoco contestan. Si esos son los medios de atención al cliente y no dan respuesta, con quien me puedo apoyar?

Shocking had these delivered one wash (not worn) and turned out like this now Zara want ME to return them to deem if they are faulty but will not refund me!!!! Disgusting service

De heren kleding is leuk en stijlvol. Helaas ben ik iets minder te spreken over de kwaliteit. Heb er al verschillende shirts en truien gekocht, waarna ze na 1 keer wassen op 30 graden, gekrompen zijn of ze beginnen te steken vanachter onderaan me rug. Heel spijtig want ik koop geen shirt voor maar 1 keer te dragen.

I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago. After the courier lost the item I was asked would I like a refund or replacement (this was over a week ago) I selected replacement. I still have received nothing, every time I speak to an advisor I am told it is ‘still being processed’ ‘they will escalate it’ ‘give them 1 more working day’. Absolutely awful customer service I have been more than patient, however, it is clear I am just continuously being lied to.

I am posting to review my recent experience with Zara Australia. I am not happy at all with the service I was given. I ordered my parcel on the 23rd of July. I accidentally didn’t realise I had an incorrect address and immediately contacted zara the day after. I was told and reaffirmed multiple times that I would receive my parcel at the correct address, specifically by a person named Mash. Last night I received an email from the courier stating that my parcel had been delivered. I did not receive the parcel. I called this morning two times and my phone call was declined. After calling on a friend’s phone, I was answered immediately and told that my parcel had been returned to the Zara warehouse and that I would be given a refund. They would not be able to contact THEIR OWN WAREHOUSE to simply change the address on the parcel!!! I realise that initially it was my mistake, but this is inexcusable behaviour. There was total lack of communication and I was constantly calling to try and find out anything about the whereabouts of my parcel. I am so angered and betrayed by the service and I can only hope that anyone else who wants to order will consider this experience. I simply wish to resolve this issue.
I’m shocked and appalled by the horrible customer service. I have been a loyal customer for over 9 years. I constantly shop here for all my events as well as casual clothing. I have received nothing but the worst experience this year with Zara. My mastercard was charged in FULL for an order that was never shipped and no items were received or shipped to me due to an issue with locating any items from my order so it was cancelled and have not received a call back from the manager to credit the unauthorized charge that is still on my card. It has been over a month of being bounced around from agent to agent with no end or solution. I keep being told my charge was supposed to “fall off” even though I have proof from my bank statement that the charge was still there! I’m very disappointed. I will never feel confident shopping with this company again, other customers I have spoken with have the same complaints. They need to pick up their act and fix the poor quality of their customer service.

Złożylam zamówienie poprzez sklep internetowy po raz kolejny i znowu się nie zawiodłam. Zamówienie zostało złożone w piątek późnym wieczorem, a przesyłka czekała na odbiór w sklepie już w poniedziałek rano :) Rzadko się zdarza, żeby zamówienie było realizowane tak szybko. Podczas zakupów w innych sieciowkach musiałam czekać zazwyczaj z tydzień, albo i dłużej :( Obsługa i realizacja zamówień zdecydowanie na 5!
