Понравилось: Понравилось · Чисто, удобная кровать, есть все необходимое, вкусный завтрак. В пешеходной зоне, все достопримечательности рядом.

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · My room was over the street and a lot of noise from below at night (until curfew): restaurant playing live music/DJ/ people's loud conversations.

Понравилось: Понравилось · location is great, room was quiet, under the roof. breakfast is everything you need, ambiance is cosy, staff is very nice and helpful

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · for people with allergies, carpet isnt great and could cause issues (was my case) there are a lot of small stairs to access the different levels which makes it challenging with lots of luggages (the lift isnt covering these) wothin the room there was 2 floors, 1 floor with bath and upstair the mezzanine below the roof with the bed and the sofa. Not super practical overall to have this separation and the extra stair within the room.

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · I’ve got the room under the roof, the airco didn’t work, but they sent the person to fix it right away.

Понравилось: Понравилось · Hotel is situated at the very center of the city. Everything is within a walking distance. Special appreciation and five stars go to mister Alexander and mister Vasyl. These two people made my stay at the hotel more like visiting a family. They are professionals to the notch and on the top of that - they love helping their guests and go far and beyond to make their stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. Keep them and appreciate the extra mile they go every day at work. Your hotel stands out because of such people.

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Everything was very good, as always. But breakfast is still not worth the investment. 50m up the street ( „Cooperative of Milk“) breakfast is the permanent part of the menu. Only if you need your breakfast very early - then option of the breakfast at the hotel becomes attractive.

Понравилось: Понравилось · Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал. Благодаря шаговой доступности имеется возможность посетить основные достопримечательности в центре. Завтрак был вкусный с достаточным выбором продуктов.

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Отель уже довольно долго функционирует, поэтому в некоторых моментах требует обновлений (шумные внутренние блоки кондиционеров, посеревшие потолочные багеты, розетки). Все кроется в мелочах.

Понравилось: Понравилось · Расположение бесподобно, в самом центре города, среди красивой архитектуры и самых интересных мест во Львове. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный, всегда ответят на вопросы помогут, подскажут, всегда, на связи, очень приятные люди🥰 Помогли нам вернуть забытые вещи, вы просто волшебники! Спасибо вам большое от нашей семьи) Мы с вами уже много лет и надеюсь, останемся друзьями и дальше)

Понравилось: Понравилось · Приветливый , внимательный персонал . Месторасположения шикарное. Чисто , уютно , очень тепло зимой.

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Халат принесли порванный ( но быстро сделали замену) Не обновляют каждый день принадлежности для гигиены ( нужно просить )
