Centrally located hotel with great staff, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds and nice breakfast with a view of city. Hotel car to airport was perfect, with very early morning complimentary breakfast "to go". Highly recommend.

The hotel was fabulous. It was clean, modern, well furnished and the breakfast was out of this world. The bathroom was well payed out and the view Interesting. Don't miss the restaurant if you're there. The view is amazing and the wait staff attentive.

The rooms are very comfortable,modern with very warm decoration.Breakfast on the 15 th floor is a pleasure. Breakfast is tasty & there is a good choice.It was warm so I don't know if this is the ideal period in Kiev.

I stayed here twice in two weeks. The first time I was thinking 'four star'; the second time, after staying at three hotels in other cities in Ukraine, I felt that by the standards of the country it deserved five. The location was conveniently central. Reception was welcoming, service efficient and unobtrusive. Everything worked. Pleasant rooms, quite large, with comfortable beds. The bathroom had everything I like to find in a bathroom (except a bath), and shampoos, shower gels etc were renewed daily. Breakfast, in the top floor restaurant with exceptional views over the city, was good, varied and substantial. I would be happy to stay here again.

I do confirm what other guests wrote recently, the hotel is absolutely worth the price.||In my experience the service was good and even the breakfast -although improvements could be done- is not too bad. I will certainly come again.

This is such a nice hotel. I had expected something basic at €145 inc breakfast and taxes. Check in was smooth. Reception staff are so polite and helpful when I needed some help on finding an address for my meeting the next day. My room 1402 was a smaller one according to the fire exit map. But it was vast. Lovely bathroom, very clean. Nice desk working area with good lighting. Very comfortable bed. For a business user this hotel is very centrally located with free high speed Wifi. ||The lobby has plenty of space for a short meeting and the coffee bar guy was ace. Super fast service and they do real leaf tea. ||||Breakfast is fine, with a good choice of pastries, but on the 15 floor the views are a nice start to the day.||||This hotel is a gem, and the staff make it special.

Friendly Business Hotel offering the right service and amenities for Business Travellers. New property with balconies offering good view of the city from higher floors. Friendly and Courteous staff.||||My Room was higher floor 11th noise free and well maintained||5 Min walking from the Opera Theatre, medical store and grocery stores in close proximity

Checked in while we were in Kiev to tour Chernobyl with SoloEast (recommended!). Hotel was very nice, great service, and a good location. Plus the restaurant on the top floor served great dinner and a complementary breakfast buffet.

I had a feeling his was going to be a good hotel from the very first day I made contact with them to inquire about booking a room. That first e-mail and subsequent ones were answered quickly with all the information I needed.||||When I arrived, via Boryspil airport, I was picked up by Sasha the chauffeur from the hotel. He was stood right at the front at of the arrivals exit which made it made it very easy to see the board with my name on. After a quick visit to get some cash he carried my case and escorted me to the car. I was lucky enough to have Sasha also drive me back to the airport at the end of my stay. This young man was exceptionally polite and carried out his duties very efficiently. Not able to speak a great deal of English (but better than I speak Ukraine!!) but we "sort of chatted" on both trips and I enjoyed both trips very much. He is a credit to the hotel and himself.||||Check in was quick and during my stay I came in contact with maybe 6 or 7 girls who work on the reception staff. It didn't matter what time of day/night, all of these girls were extremely polite, very efficient and ALWAYS willing to have a friendly chat/joke and offer any advice on any inquiries that I made. All spoke excellent English and all are a credit to the hotel and themselves too. A big well done for helping to make my stay a very enjoyable one.....thank you to all of you!!||||I ate in the hotel's Matisse restaurant on one evening and it was excellent. I was very well looked after by Elena? (I think...dark hair, ponytail) who offered me great advice on all aspects of the menu. All the waiters were polite but a special "thank you" to Elena for fantastic service!!!||||Briefly, I had mushroom soup, Chicken Kiev (had to be done!!!) and cheese cake which was excellent. I also ate there for breakfast which had more than enough choice and the view in particular was very special indeed.||||My room was very comfortable and warm with a very nice shower room too.....perfect for me. It was cleaned and towels changed every day I had a great view from the 13th floor.||||Would I stay there again? You bet I would.

Had a great 4 days stay at CityHotel in Kiev. The hotel is very welcoming, rooms and public areas are built in high standards. Reception was very helpful, with transfer from and to airport, restaurant reservation and more. Breakfast was very good, a large selection of choices, all very tasty. Differently a great choice

Very good and comfortable hotel in Kiev.|Great bed. Good view. Quiet. Gastronom food . But 1 minus which for me should be taken into account:. .when you're used to sleep in the dark you get awaked by the morning light at 6 o clock, the curtains not being black out. ..

This hotel is well located and has modern and clean rooms. Rooms are quiet. The personnel is helpful and friendly. There is free internet and the breakfast buffet is good. This hotel is good value for money.
