ADDITIONAL TERMS

- To receive an online consultation, you need to send a certificate in electronic form to the e-mail kis-lesya@ukr.net, and then sign up for a consultation.
- Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
- If you signed up for a consultation, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn you about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or were late for more than 5 minutes, the psychologist reserves the right to refuse to provide services with a discount and the session is considered passed.
- Duration of one session: in the office - 50 minutes, online - 50 minutes.
