This morning (02.07.17) I went for a walk around the block to find something to eat for my wife and I. I came across Lviv croissants and was enticed as it looked appealing.I asked for the English menu which was given to me promptly.. after some consideration I asked for 2 of the Croissant Salmon Philadelphia.. the most expensive option at 69 UAH. This was supposed to include the following.. Philadelphia cheese, salmon, scrambled eggs, tomato, lettuce, and sauce. After a short wait the food was presented to me in a closed bag for take away for which I happily took and left the premise to go back to my wife and our near by apartment..When I got back I opened the croissant and to my disappointment discovered no scrambled eggs, no tomato, no sauce, a very generous amount of Philadelphia... not!! Tiny salmon pieces and a small piece of lettuce..After sometime my wife woke up and came through to the kitchen where I showed her what they gave us. Unfortunately for me I don't speak any Ukrainian other than hello and thank you.. so it was on her to go back and complain.. she took the croissant along with the receipt while I stayed with the sleeping baby at the apartment. She messaged me saying they were very rude but reluctantly made a new order for us.. and yet again to our shock and surprise.. no scrambled eggs or tomato AGAIN... even after complaining. I mean what is this stupidity? 1) to advertise something and not provide it.. especially as the most expensive.. 2) after complaining to make the exact same order and mistake once more!!?? Ridiculous, lazy, and unprofessional. Don't go here.
