First, this place was great. Now, you have to be very careful, at least in lviv. Portion sizes and overall quality between branches varies wildly. The branch at Hnyatuka street, while having a nice interior, is consistently terrible. Today i came in at 9am and unquestionably got a day old croissant that had been crudely moistened and reheated to simulate freshness. When you order a coffee drink of any sort, expect the drink to stop 4 or more cm below the normal fill level as they try to save a few pennies on ingredients. Look, lviv croissants was great and can again be great and some branches are often better than others, but the whole chain needs to wake up and standardize at a high quality level. Losing a few cents on ingredients will hurt a lot less than losing customers.. there are plenty of decent alternative Places to get food in lviv. Also -- when i told the girl at the counter today that my croissant was obviously old, she told me basically that shed "take it under advisement" -- no offer to replace, etc. if you cant do fresh croissants 100 percent of the time, then you have no busness calling yourself lviv croissants.
