Description of the campaign
With the certificate, you receive a discounted stay of at least 2 nights for two, three, or four people in rooms of various categories with two meals a day at the Kasimir Resort Hotel & SPA in Bukovel.
What is included in the price of the certificate?
- Accommodation for two, three or four people in a room of your chosen category.
- Buffet breakfasts for every guest.
- Set dinners for every guest. Set dinners include: a starter, a main course (side dish and meat dish), a salad, and a drink (choice of compote, lemonade, kissel, or tea).
Unlimited access to the new, modern 500 sq. m. spa center for each guest (opening hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM). Access to the spa center is limited to wearing rubber slippers.

NECESSARILY
- The tourist tax is paid at the hotel before temporary accommodation for the entire period of stay in the amount of 13.40 UAH per person for each day of stay (except for persons specified in Article 268.2.2, who are not payers of the tourist tax if they have supporting documents).

- Additional accommodation: accommodation for one child under 3 years old is free of charge without providing an extra bed.
- Accommodation for a child 3-5 years old without an extra bed - 200 UAH per day with breakfast and unlimited access to the SPA.
- An extra bed for a child aged 3-5 years old costs 500 UAH per day with breakfast and unlimited access to the SPA.
- An extra bed for a child over 5 years old and adults costs 800 UAH per day with breakfast and unlimited access to the SPA.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL TERMS
- It is possible to combine certificates (nights must be added together).
- Upon check-in, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
- In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
- The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion, no later than 5 days before the arrival date.
RULES FOR VISITING THE KASIMIR SPA COMPLEX
- Opening hours for the swimming pool, hammam and baths: daily from 10:00 to 21:00 (please check in advance at the reception desk).
- Access to the SPA centre can be obtained at the reception desk after proper registration and receipt of the appropriate entry bracelet.
- After registration, you will receive a towel at the reception.
- You will receive the key to the locker upon entering the SPA complex.
- Visiting the SPA complex is permitted only in rubber slippers and bathing suits.
- The visitor is responsible for his or her own health and independently reports that there are no contraindications to visiting swimming pools and saunas.
- Before visiting the pools, you must take a shower and refrain from using creams, ointments, perfumes and other cosmetics.
- The use of aromatic oils and scrubs is prohibited in baths and saunas.
- If you feel dizzy, you must immediately call for help.
- The following is prohibited in the SPA complex:
- Be in a state of intoxication, under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances, or prohibited medications.
- Make noise, communicate loudly.
- To relieve oneself in the pool.
- Bring with you food, drinks, weapons, explosive, flammable, toxic substances, as well as piercing and cutting objects.
- Bringing pets into the territory.
- Smoking in places not designated for this purpose.
- In swimming pools:
- Holding a person under water, jumping and diving into the water from the sides of pools, and also eating.
- Be in the pool with open wounds, infectious, skin or other types of diseases, as well as with medical bandages and adhesive plasters.
- Swimming with your hair down.
- Throwing foreign objects into the water or leaving equipment in the pools.
- The SPA complex administration is not responsible for:
- For injuries, damages, material or moral harm that were caused to a guest as a result of his failure to comply with these rules or generally accepted safety standards.
- For guests' belongings left unattended.
- Children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the pool without being accompanied by an adult.
- The adults accompanying children are responsible for the life and health of children on the territory of the complex.
- Guests are responsible for damage to the property of the SPA complex, as well as for causing moral harm to other visitors and staff.
- The administration reserves the right to refuse entry to the SPA complex to guests who violate public order and generally accepted norms of behavior, without refund.
