- Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.

- Upon check-in, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
- In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
- The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion, no later than 7 days before the arrival date.
