IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The photo session lasts 60 minutes.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• The client automatically gives his consent to the use of the finished materials by the photographer.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.
• Calls and photo session bookings are accepted from 12:00 to 23:00.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you book a photo session but fail to show up at the appointed time and fail to provide 72 hours' notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services. The photo session is considered completed; rescheduling will incur an additional fee.
• The deadline for receiving the finished material (sources) is within 10 days.
• Retouching material is ready within 14 days (the client chooses the photo for processing independently).

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides Покупон with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
