• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session is considered completed.
• Duration: from 60 minutes (manicure), from 90 minutes – manicure with coating or removal.
• During the procedure, gel polishes from the following companies are used: Dark, Kodi, Moon, Fox, Komilfo.
• Instrument Sterilization: Instruments undergo a four-stage process: soaking in a Delanol solution for cold sterilization for 15 minutes; rinsing under running water; and drying. All metal instruments (including burs) are placed in disposable paper bags, placed in a dry-heat oven for 60 minutes, and sterilized using hot air at 180°C. Sterile instruments are stored in paper bags in an ultraviolet sterilizer until needed.
• Craft bags with tools are opened immediately at the beginning of the procedure in the presence of the client.
