• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about canceling the visit 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services, and the session is considered completed.
